This work was realized in 2023 for my diploma installation. The table was found on a vintage market in Dresden and modified with a hand solded metal structure that exits and pierces back into the tables Surface to shed light on a book that i had made a few months earlier during my studies in venice (2022). This Book is Composed of 4 'Pages' of stained glass and hidden under the cover of an old lead sheet.
Stain glass windows remind me of the ambigue feelings i had as a child observing churches and reliques and the confusing moral in trying to remember prayers only to satisfy my religious grandmother. I had seen violent depictions in an old illustrated bible and couldnt oversee messages of guilt and shame hidden in these beautiful transluscent glass windows.
